This page describes what Nissi Apparel does with personal information on this website. The shop delivers in Trinidad and Tobago. This is the shop's own notice, not a certificate from a regulator.

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, the phone number if you give one, and the delivery address. We also keep the pieces, sizes, colors, quantities, and the amount in Trinidad and Tobago dollars. We use that to reserve the stock, confirm payment, deliver the parcel, and handle a return or a question. We do not ask for a card number, and this website does not store one.

When you use the contact form we keep your name, email, the topic, and the message, plus the IP address of the submission, so we can reply and so we can limit abuse.

The studio desk is separate. Signing in uses Google and is limited to the Google account allowed to run the shop. Google receives the sign-in. We store that account's name, email, and Google identifier so the desk knows who entered.

The contact form and the checkout ask you to complete a Google reCAPTCHA checkbox. Google processes that check under its own terms. We use it to reduce automated orders and messages.

The site sets one session cookie. It remembers your bag, the fact that you placed an order in this browser, and a studio sign-in if you are the person who runs the desk. It is not used for advertising. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

We do not sell personal information. We share a delivery address with a carrier only to deliver an order inside Trinidad and Tobago. The site is hosted for AgapeTech, and the server may sit outside Trinidad and Tobago.

We keep an order for as long as we need it to fulfill it, to handle a dispute, and to meet tax or accounting duties. You can ask us to correct a contact message, or the personal details on an order, through the contact form. You can ask us to delete a contact message. For a completed sale we may keep the record the books require, and remove the rest.

The shop is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this notice changes, the new text is published on this page. The change applies from the day it is published.
