Shipping and returns
How a parcel leaves, and how it can come back.
- Shipping is $40.00 TTD on an order.
- Shipping is free from $400.00 TTD.
- The return window is 14 days from the day an order is marked shipped.
- A placed order stays reserved for 48 hours while payment is confirmed.
We deliver only in Trinidad and Tobago. We do not ship outside the country. The delivery rate is a flat amount in Trinidad and Tobago dollars. If your pieces reach the free-delivery amount, the rate drops to zero. Both numbers are shown on this page and again before you place the order.
Orders are packed after payment is confirmed. The studio writes back with that confirmation, and again when the parcel is handed over. A tracking reference is added to the order when we have one.
You may cancel an order that is still marked Placed, before it is paid, by writing through the contact form with the order number. After payment, you may return an unworn piece with tags attached within the return window counted from the day it is marked shipped. Tell us before you send it back. Refunds are in Trinidad and Tobago dollars, for the piece price. The original delivery amount is refunded only when we made the error. The cost of sending a return is yours unless we sent the wrong piece.
If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write within seven days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, including the original delivery charge.
