Terms of sale

You can browse the shop without an account. Placing an order means you ask Nissi Apparel to sell you the pieces you chose, at the price shown, and to reserve them for you. Delivery is only within Trinidad and Tobago.

The price, the delivery amount, and the total are calculated on our server from the pieces in your bag. They are shown again before you submit the order. Every price is in Trinidad and Tobago dollars.

An order is accepted, and the sale is complete, when the studio marks it paid. Until then the pieces are reserved. You may cancel a reservation that has not been paid by writing through the contact form with the order number. If we cannot accept the order, because the stock was wrong or the address is outside Trinidad and Tobago, we will tell you and release the pieces. We do not take payment for an order we cannot fill.

Payment instructions are on the confirmation and in the note the studio sends. Do not send a card number by email or through the contact form. We will not ask for one on this website.

Risk in the pieces passes to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier. Until then the pieces are ours. The shipping and returns page is part of these terms.

The words, the design, and the photographs on this site belong to the label. You may not copy the shop to sell with it.

These terms follow the law of Trinidad and Tobago. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights that law gives you, including any right that a contract is not allowed to take away. If a court sets one sentence aside, the rest still stands.

The shop can change these terms by publishing a new version on this page. An order you already placed keeps the terms that were published when you placed it.
